Youth Strength and Conditioning

This summer I have started a youth program that meets three times a week, Monday:Wednesday:Friday, 11am-12pm.

If you have a youth, or know a youth that is currently off season in athletics, and looking to improve his/her General Physical Preparedness, send em in to talk to Coach Matt!

Our program focuses on building strength, stamina, explosive power, among many other things. Youth are also learning about sports nutrition, how to move functionally and safely, injury prevention, and correct usage and handling of weights.

The cost is $100 a month, and we will be training until the end of August.
