Roger has been climbing since 2002. He has led team members to the National level of USAC and ABS competitions, as well as competing himself. Roger is an all-around outdoor enthusiast, and can be found all over the world climbing, backpacking, and causing a ruckus (in between naps). |

Allen is a certified AMGA Top-Rope Site Manager, and teaches many of our classes and lessons. He has a very thorough understanding of the nuances of indoor and outdoor climbing, and his skills as an instructor are unsurpassed. |
