How To Cancel Or Freeze Your Membership:
(NOTE: Memberships auto-renew on the 10th. Subscription requests submitted after the 5th of the month may be charged for an additional month.)
1. To cancel or freeze your membership, fill out the form to the right. Please tell us exactly WHO needs their membership updated if your account includes more than one person.
2. Hit the "Update My Subscription" button.
3. Wait to hear back from our staff once we process the request. Requests usually take 24 hours to process. Cancellation requests submitted after the 8th of the month may be charged for an additional month. Frozen memberships are billed $10 per month.
