Warming up properly is an important first step to a successful climbing session and injury prevention. In this one-hour clinic you will learn common techniques used to warm up your muscles, your joints, and your mindset… all necessary to achieving your best performance on the wall. Open to climbers of all ability and experience levels.

Offered the first Tuesday of the month, 8pm-9pm.
Free for members, $20 for non-members.
