The gym will remain closed at least through April 3rd and we will assess the situation thereafter.
During this time we will not be able to process any freeze or cancellation requests but they will be received/logged into the queue. Understand that we will be able to take care of any membership change requests after the "Stay Home" order has been lifted and well before the next scheduled billing cycle.
For those of you that are members we are asking you to consider the following options:
1. If you would like to “freeze” your membership during this time we are offering no-cost freezes during the shut-down. Please use the “Membership Change Request” form found at the bottom of the membership page of our website and specifically mention in the comments that you want the no-cost freeze because of the closure. We aren't mind-readers so please make it clear.
2. If you can help us a little bit you can freeze your membership but forego the no-charge freeze option. The normal freeze amount is $10 per month. If you don't ask for the no-cost freeze we will assume this is the option you want.
3. If you are in a position to continue your membership during this pause in operations it would help us greatly with paying the staff that we will be able to retain during the closure. Thank you!
Texas Rock Gym has been a vital member of the climbing community for over 25 years and we hope to be around for another 25 more. Please show your support for us during this critical moment in the history of our beloved gym.
