We are well on the way to the summer of 2017, and it’s an exciting thing to look forward to. Summer is filled with fun in the sun, new adventures, and lots of time spent outdoors. One fun thing to do over the summer is to create a summer reading list in order to kick back, relax, and delve into a great book.

Even if you typically go for novels, mysteries, chick-lit, or memoirs, though, we have a new suggestion for you. This season, why not read a book or two that will benefit your health?
